COINTELPRO – Oh No: Rebuttal to Ms Laura Knight-Jadczyk

“I have worked in the past as a hypnotherapist, and have been a lifelong student of metaphysics, from a “scientific” perspective. A story about my life, our meeting and marriage was published by the St. Petersburg Times in February of 2000. It was written by Pulitzer Prize winner Thomas French. It is on the web here:

[Ms Knight claims that she worked as “hypnotherapist,” however in the second volume of her voluminous and on-going autobiography, Adventures with the Cassiopaeans, Ms. Knight-Jadczyk informs us that she has no training in hypnotherapy, or any other kind of therapy. “I admit that I have none freely…” In the first volume, Amazing Grace, we learn that she didn’t in fact begin her hypnotherapy career in 1976, as implied by her 26 years experience statement. She actually began to practice in the early 1990s, hardly 26 years ago unless she is writing from 2018, and she has never revealed what her certification consists of or what training she received for that certification. Ms. Knight-Jadczyk also informs us: “Well, that’s not entirely true. I have certification in hypnosis; until I quit in 1996, I was listed in the directories of The American Counselors Society and The National Society of Clinical Hypnotherapists, neither of which is any kind of major endorsement.” Indeed, since the first organization no longer exists, and seems to have had a very small and completely non-professional membership, and the second has no record of a Laura Knight or a Laura Martin ever taking any sort of training or receiving any kind of certification, then we must ask just what does this certification consist of? A Laura Martin was indeed a member of the Society in 1994 and 1995, but simple membership and directory listing explicitly carries with it no certification or even a recommendation.

[If therefore Ms. Knight-Jadczyk has any type of certification in hypnosis, which is doubtful as no positive evidence of such certification has been presented or can be found in the records of the institutions cited by her, it does not in the state of Florida entitle her to practice Hypnotherapy without the direct supervision of a licensed practitioner of the healing arts. If she has been practicing such hypnotherapy without any supervision, then it is a violation of Florida law, and is a second-degree misdemeanor.]

[Yes the first link is to their double sided website, one truth point… But the second URL goes to an article that does not in any way mention my name although much of the information is taken from my book, A Monument to the End of Time. This is simply an example of her plagiarism of material copyrighted by Vincent Bridges and Jay Weidner. It contains nothing in the way of anything remotely related to me personally. It is not even a very accurate account of anything relating to any “cointellpro” operation.]

And here’s the story:

We had been going along, doing our thing in peace, publishing our material on our website, since 1996. Everything was fine until Mr. Vincent Bridges entered our lives. He began to write to me in the spring of 1999. This correspondence was based on the fact that I had posted some of our material to a discussion group, and it was a subject on which Mr. Bridges claimed to be an expert. (Rennes le Chateau) We corresponded for a bit (I have all emails) and then it sort of “lost steam,” because I decided that Mr. Bridges was working in one direction and I was going in another.

I began publishing a long series of research articles of my perspective of the subjects, and wrote to Mr. Bridges and invited him to read them so that he would see a greater explication of certain points that we had argued in this correspondence. He wrote back that he was very excited about this series. And that he was in the publishing business and would like to be the one to bring our material out in book form. (Mr. Bridges claimed ownership of a business, Aethyrea books, LLC, which does not exist as a registered corporation in the State of North Carolina. The county tax collector of Montgomery County, North Carolina has confirmed that there is NO currently active business of any kind registered to his name.)

[Completely distorted out of all recognition. I offered to publish the original Noah Syndrome, if they could get it ready, because I thought it was a worthwhile book. It was written before Ms Knight-Jadczyk began to channel is very well written and insightful. As for the issues about my company, well, court documents she will cite later prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that my company existed long before I ever heard of the Cassiopaeans or Ms Knight Jadczyk. Since I do not do any business in my county, I am not required to have a public business license. A sole proprietorship business is also not required to register with the state except in terms of tax ID numbers which are required to open a bank account and operate a business, such as processing credit card orders. All of these things Aethyrea Books has always had, as demonstrated by Ms Knight Jadczyk’s own statements below.]

At a certain point, one of my articles touched on mind programming. Now, Mr. Bridges wrote to inform me that he was an EXPERT on this subject. Well, I wasn’t. I had just touched on it, quoting a couple of experts, who Mr. Bridges was now claiming to have worked with directly, and that his own work was “exactly along the lines” that I was writing about. In retrospect, reading this series of emails, I can see how subtly I was being “wound up” to believe his claims. He pointed to a couple of places on the Internet where his book and “credentials” as an expert were displayed. It sounded very impressive.

[The cited bio blurb says nothing about any expertise in “mind programming.” I never claimed to be an expert in anything similar but the use of light and sound entrainment for the abreaction of repressed trauma. I did in fact, as can be seen from my letters posted on her site as part of Adventures 23, try to warn her that she was far off base with much of her mind control speculation.]

Using this as his “entrée,” Mr. Bridges soon gained our confidence, and we were happy to introduce him into our discussion group of over 200 members. This discussion group is private, not open to the public, by invitation only and we try to weed out wackos. We have psychologists, physicians, business executives, writers, artists, and just a whole spectrum of professional, intelligent people in this group, all of whom have one thing in common: an interest in exploring metaphysical subjects with an open, scientific approach.

[This so far from the truth as to be laughable. For one thing there is no such thing as openness or a scientific approach within any of the Cassiopaeanist egroups. Since they are a closed group, on all levels, anyone wishing more information will have to join and find out for themselves. Even an encounter with their supposedly open group, Casschat, is chilling enough to make my point. Anyone doubting this should join and try to ask any inconvenient question or, sure to get a result, just mention me or my work favorably. You will be instantly banned from the group. And far from trying to gain their confidence, I was initially very reluctant to have anything publicly to do with them. My research could be more easily accomplished from a position of invisibility.]

The rule of the group is: question everything.

[Except of course anything said by Ms Knight Jadczyk for which she can quote even a bit of Cs as support. That is sacrosanct and far beyond questioning.]

The short of it is: Mr. Bridges presented himself, in public (on Laura Lee site, and elsewhere), as well as on an internet discussion group owned by us, in which there are over 200 members, as an “Expert” in government mind-programming and Satanic Ritual Abuse.

[That is not what the Laura Lee bio says. Show me anywhere on the web where it says that I am any of those things, except in Ms Knight Jadczyk’s imagination.]

He presented himself as an “expert” on many matters. With his “inside stories” and “credentials,” he then began a process of inducing, persuading, and manipulating us and our egroup to believe that they were all potential candidates for having been Experimented on by the Government, or Ritually Abused by an expansive network of Satanists.

[This I suppose was after Ms Knight Jadczyk had convinced them that they were the dupes of 4D lizard beings? Or it was perhaps before? If anyone was trying to convince people of various absurdities, it was Ms Knight Jadczyk. For an example that happened long before I showed up, see chapter 11 of The Wave. There we find that one of Ms Knight Jadczyk’s hypnotherapy “clients” was convinced by Ms Knight Jadczyk that she had been raped by a lizard being. Even when the person objected to this interpretation and its presentation, complete with identifying photos, on the web, Ms Knight Jadczyk refused to cooperate. The fantasy was simply more important than the truth.]

He then induced a number of individuals to pour out their personal life stories to him as the “expert,” including intimate details of their sex lives. He attempted to persuade many of these individuals that they had been sexually abused by their parents or other close members of their families who, he claimed, were members of this world-wide network of Satanists.

[I did no such thing. Ms Knight Jadczyk pushed on me some very sad cases among her inner circle of true believers. I suggested that they get professional help where necessary, and for some it did seem necessary, and I in no way encouraged any of them to tell me anything. Ms Knight Jadczyk spent much time forwarding me these personal details and mulling over which of the disturbed individuals in her inner circle were in fact agents of some vast conspiracy. That was of course before she discovered the idea of “cointellpro.”]

However, based on this fraudulent claim to be a “publisher,” to own an LLC, Mr. Bridges fraudulently induced myself and my husband to agree to participate in a “conference” for the purpose of introducing books, published by his non- existent company at said conference.

[Hum, so publishing books, selling books, editing and producing books doesn’t make one a publisher? Curious, because amazon.com sure thinks so… I asked them to speak at the conference because I thought they had something to say and of course I thought they wanted to sell their book. Obviously I was mistaken on both counts.]

Mr. Bridges traveled to our home twice to perform hypnosis on me for the purposes of “deprogramming” me from what he claimed was an obvious incident of Satanic Ritual Abuse as a child. There was, indeed, a strange incident when I was 4 years old, but I found it impossible to believe his claims that my grandfather was involved in such a cult. What is more, even under hypnosis, there was no evidence of any such activity. I began to doubt Mr. Bridges stories.

[After reading this, I doubt that I was ever at their house. I gave Ms Knight Jadczyk a simple hypnotic exercise that revealed that she did indeed have deep issues surrounding her abduction by her stepfather at age four. Her comments about her grandfather are quite revealing, because he simply did not come up in our discussions of the incident. He did apparently send Ms Knight Jadczyk to a home for disturbed children in

North Carolina after the episode and he was in fact a Freemason. Beyond that, he was apparently unconnected to the episode.]
At this point, we began to become aware of many discrepancies in Mr. Bridges stories. Members of our discussion group were asking Mr. Bridges questions that he failed to answer satisfactorily. There were issues about his publishing activity that were brought to our attention, including the fact that he had been involved in a violation of copyright lawsuit brought by a Mr. Stan Tenen against a Mr. Dan Winter, who had also been involved with Mr. Bridges in a similar relationship that he was now trying to involve us. We were warned that we were being drawn into a con job. [Again, if my company did not exist, why do we find it mentioned prominently in this court document? Ms Knight-Jadczyk appears to insist on having it both ways. My company doesn’t exist when it suits her, and then does when she needs it to. Curiouser and curiouser… Also, Mr. Winter, much like Ms Knight Jadczyk, lied to me and defrauded me and my company by claiming that his work was completely his own. It wasn’t and my company is mentioned ahs having been deceived by Mr. Winter. Neither I, nor my company, was in anyway involved in violating Mr. Tenen’ s copyrights, as clearly shown by the statement referred to above. This is another classic example of guilt by association and twisting the facts to fit an opinion. The truth, as can be plainly seen, is far different.]

At the same time, some of the members of the discussion group who had been induced to tell him their personal histories began experiencing psychological stress and disturbances because of his “handling” of their information.

[Since I told anyone contacting me at Ms Knight Jadczyk’s urging that they should seek competent psychological care, we may only suppose that any stress was applied by Ms Knight Jadczyk’s manipulation of the situation.]

Since Mr. Bridges had failed to provide us with a contract, he had failed to fulfill his part of the agreement to have galleys of our book ready in the early summer of 2001, which would have been necessary in order for a book to be published and ready for the “conference.”

[Completely untrue. When the book was finished, and only when it looked as if we had a product, I offered them a very generous contract, even offering to share with them any pre-publication distributor sales. They refused the offer.]

Further, we discovered that the subjects and “tenor” of the conference was not “scientific” as he had told us. And, since my husband is a scientist with a 30 year career and reputation in the mainstream scientific community, and since there were so many questionable things showing up about Mr. Bridges, we made the decision to withdraw from the agreement, to cancel the conference, and to withdraw from any and all association with Mr. Bridges.

[The decision was actually based on a psychic vision Ms Knight Jadczyk received while using a “scrying mirror.” The conference included folks such as John Major Jenkins, The Tzolkin, Maya Cosmogenesis 2012, Moira Timms, Beyond prophecy and Predictions, and J. M. Allen, Atlantis: The Andes Solution. Far from there being any problem with the “tenor” of the other speakers, who were much more accomplished and well published than Ms Knight Jadczyk, there was in fact serious contention over Ms Knight Jadczyk’s appropriateness at such a venue. For them, it was a sharp step up.]

At the same time that all of this was happening, we were also being attacked as anti-semitic by a couple of people on the Internet (falsely, for sure!) These attacks also, oddly, included claims that anti-semites were associated with Satanism. One individual went so far as to draw a connection between my husband, as an Eastern Bloc Physicist, and anti-semitism, (entirely and totally unfounded), but implying that it must be true because of our association with Mr. Bridges and his activities!

[The attacks on them for anti-Semitism were perhaps warranted. See the article “Occult Third Reich in New Age Today?” hidden on their website for plenty of examples. The guilt by association concerning this was actually charges addressed to Dan Winter by Stan Tenen and never in fact had anything to do with me. Except in Ms Knight Jadczyk delusions.]

At this point, we began to take a closer look at Mr. Bridges activities, of which, to this point, we had been essentially unaware. He had presented himself as an “expert” on these many matters in an ACADEMIC way, NOT as a practitioner!!! A member of our egroup went on a web search and found pages on Mr. Bridges website (which is gone, but in the web archive), where he described doing magic rituals that are clearly connected to Satanism.

[I have never in any way been associated with anything remotely resembling Satanism. I am an expert on occult history, as Ms Knight Jadczyk admitted in the original version of The Wave 13e, and I do have connections with many spiritual groups around the planet. None of them are remotely Satanic.]

We were horrified. With our work, my husband’s status as a scientist, association with such an individual and his unsavory activities, we could see that we were being drawn into a truly horrible con-job. (read cointelpro operation)

[Excuse me? Read instead acute paranoia. She by her own admission had only the worst kind of hearsay evidence at third or fourth hand. Yet this is supposedly “proof?” The article she is referring to would seem tame even to Christian beside the use of a ouiji board to talk to spirits. The ritual I was discussing involved invoking angels, not discussing lotto numbers with lower astral shells. Such a distinction is perhaps too subtle for Ms Knight Jadczyk, but it is valid nonetheless.]

We withdrew from the publishing agreement, (which he had already defaulted), and cancelled our attendance at his “conference.” This was done six weeks in advance of the conference. If it had been a legitimate conference, Mr. Bridges would have had plenty of time to get a replacement speaker, and to offer the potential attendees this alternative.

[If as they claimed, we never had an agreement, how could I default on it? Another example of Ms Knight-Jadczyk’s desire to have it both ways. Far from defaulting in any sense, their book was completely designed and ready to o to press just two months after we received the final text and illustrations. In the publishing world, even with large companies and plenty of staff, this would have been a miraculous turnaround time. For a small company with just two people, it is in fact phenomenal. Their understanding of such issues has probably changed since they have tried to publish their own work and now, over nine months after they announced its imminent appearance, the new Noah Syndrome is nowhere to be seen. Perhaps they defaulted on themselves… And oh yes, changes made six weeks before on a conference planned for six months leaves one plenty of time. Right… This just shows their utter and complete naivete, about publishing and about conferences. They announced the conference on their website two months before it went up on mine and in that time they filled 80% of the available space. And most of those folks didn’t care about anything but the Cassiopeans. I even offered, since the deposit was paid for, their plane tickets were paid for and most of the people coming were coming to see them, to let them have the complete conference without the rest of us. They again refused.]

We announced this to our private discussion group so that those who wished to ask for refunds of their conference payment (paid in advance) would have time to do so. We also removed Mr. Bridges from membership, and thought that that would be that.

[God what a wad of lies concealed in those two sentences. They encouraged their minions to make double and in one case triple refund requests against my credit card account, one of course that I could not have had without a legitimate company, even though I announced that everyone who wanted one would get a refund. And they have…]

However, that did not seem to be the way it was going to go. Mr. Bridges, at this point, began the attacks.

[I do not see how wanting to tell my side of the story is attacking anyone. After being slandered and maligned over the conference, I was angry at how I had been treated. I think anyone in the situation would have felt the same.]

However, Mr. Bridges did not want to let it end there. As you can see from the material posted on the above mentioned pages, Mr. Bridges began his campaign of terror. He also, at this moment in time, began publishing libelous and defamatory messages on a public egroup discussion list called “Matrioshka” at

[I would like to see one example of anything resembling this supposed reign of terror. I told the truth about what they did, and just kept on telling it. That can plainly be seen on matrioshka. Of course, if the truth is so damaging that telling it is terrorizing you, then there just might be even deeper issues.]

Since one of our projects included setting up a non-profit foundation to investigate “New Age Purveyors of Wisdom,” the research group decided that investigating Mr. Bridges might be our first project of this kind.

This is hardly a reputable organization on any level. And who gave them the right to trash whomever disagreed with them? Does this really fall within the perview of a non-profit education foundation? Having formed three different educational organizations myself, I can only surmise that perhaps Ms Knight Jadczyk would have been wise to consult a lawyer before starting down such a course.]

We already knew from the research of Terri Burns that his publishing credentials were false.

[Are my credentials listed in my previous letter false? They can be found by a simple google search on my name. Dr. Burns in fact found that I had written much more than I claimed in my bio on the Laura Lee show. [The first entry is my strong request that they take down every mention of my name since it was obvious that they weren’t going to tell the truth. They refused and heaped on more, only this time they had to use innuendoes and anonymous informants. The second piece is her pre-emptive strike at a non-existent threat. No one knew of her attempted murder trial until she herself brought it up.]

And there are many more details that are not published because we can’t be certain about them… there are funny hints of connections to all kinds of things…

[Now I have gone over her article/letter in detail. Where does it say anything meaningful about any “cointellpro” agent or agenda? It doesn’t. Where is any proof at all, or even any suggestive evidence, that I am anything other than an independent researcher being attacked by a delusional paranoid conspiracy theorist with a personal axe to grind.
